This policy is designed to be fair to our customers, to reduce waste and emissions, and to save everyone's valuable time. The vast majority of our customers won't have to worry about the situations described. If you have any questions, we're always ready to help you have an amazing experience at Regal Wigs!
All items sold are new and unworn; returns must be shipped within 14 business days of receipt for "unworn inspection". Items must be identical to how they were received: New, odorless, and unworn condition with tags and packaging, detailed below. Refunds typically process within one business day of item receipt, plus up to 3 business days for financial institutions to process funds.
• Defects or inaccuracies: Please request a prepaid return label within 7 days of receipt; a replacement will be provided ASAP, or optionally, store credit for a future purchase.
• Delivered later than the stated S&H time, as proven by tracking number: A $6 credit will gladly be applied for you.
• Buyers Remorse: Since returns require inspection, sanitation, multiple vendor shipments, and restock fees charged to us; a 20% restock fee and shipping costs may be applied.

Item conditions for return eligibility:
• Hair & structure undamaged, unaltered and uncut.
• Tags, cardboard supports, and net (if present) are attached and undamaged.
• No odors. (Perfume, Cigarette, etc.)
• Retail box and logo tissue paper are presentable.
• Unreturned free gifts, accessories, or bundle items will have their retail value withheld from your refund total.
Returned Products with signs of use (aka ineligible) will be returned back to you.
