Regal Wigs Return and Exchanges Policy
At Regal Wigs customer satisfaction is our top priority; if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your item.
Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt in NEW condition. You will be responsible for the postage to return it and after it is inspected we will issue a refund minus a restocking fee.
All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved along with a restocking fee charged to us. Therefore, to maintain our standard of excellent prices and services we charge a restocking fee for the following situations.
Returns and Exchanges: Synthetic hair returns are charged a standard 20% restocking fee. Human hair returns are charged a standard 25% restocking fee. To request information on color exchanges for both synthetic and human hair wigs, please contact us by phone at 813-451-6222.
All returned or exchanged items must meet the conditions below in order to be accepted.
- The hair or structure is not damaged, altered or cut.
- The tags are attached, cardboard supports, and the net (if any) are present and undamaged.
- No perfume, cigarette, or other odors are present.
- The retail box does not have creases, splits or damage of any kind.
- The logo tissue paper is not torn, soiled or excessively crinkled.
If a product is returned to us and has signs of use (does not meet the conditions guidelines) the product will be returned back to you.
- The item(s) will be carefully inspected upon return by Quality Control. If it was by our fault that you were sent the incorrect product, defective, or a product that is not accurately depicted on the product page, a restocking fee will not be charged. After the item has arrived back to us please allow 2-3 business days for inspection and a refund to be sent.
- Costume wigs, costume accessories, wig accessories, clearance sale items and price matched items are FINAL SALE.
- Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.
- If your purchase was part of a bundle and the bundle products (all items except wig/hairpiece/extensions) are not returned with the wig/hairpiece/extensions, Regal Wigs will assume you have chosen to keep the bundle products and will withhold retail value of the items from your order total.
